What We Do

Our services include public space design, landscape architecture, institutional and residential architecture, interiors, urban infrastructure, feasibility studies, and master planning. We also offer a range of value- added services that include furniture and lighting design, public facilitation, and integrated graphics. Our interdisciplinary design approach allows us to make important connections between people, places, and ideas, and it remains central to our ongoing commitment to public engagement.

We make interior spaces functional, safe, and beautiful by determining space requirements and selecting decorative items, such as colors, lighting, and materials. They read blueprints and must be aware of building codes and inspection regulations. Our interior designers work closely with architects, structural engineers, mechanical engineers, and builders, to determine how interior spaces will function, look, and be furnished. Interior designers read blueprints and must be aware of building codes and inspection regulations.

Our interior designers use their sense of style, to develop designs that look great and are aesthetically pleasing. We address challenges, such as construction delays and the high cost or sudden unavailability of selected materials, while keeping the project on time and within budget.

  • Determine the client’s goals and requirements of the project
  • Consider how the space will be used and how people will move through the space
  • Sketch preliminary design plans, including electrical layouts
  • Specify materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, and plumbing fixtures
  • Prepare final plans, using computer applications
  • Create a timeline for the interior design project and estimate project costs
  • Place orders for materials and oversee installing the design elements
  • Visit after the project to ensure that the client is satisfied

Our construction managers plan, coordinate, budget, and supervise construction projects from development to completion. We schedule and coordinate all construction processes so that projects meet design specifications. We ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Usually we responsible for several projects at once—for example, the construction of multiple apartment buildings. We work closely with other building specialists, such as architects, civil engineers, and a variety of trade workers, including stonemasons, electricians, and carpenters. Projects may require specialists in everything from structural steel and painting to landscaping, paving roads, and excavating sites. Depending on the project, construction managers may interact with lawyers and local government officials. For example, when working on city-owned property or municipal buildings, managers sometimes confer with city inspectors to ensure that all regulations are met.

For projects too large to be managed by one person, such as office buildings and industrial complexes, construction managers are in charge of different aspects of the project. Each construction manager would oversee a specific phase of the project, such as structural foundation, plumbing, or electrical work, and choose subcontractors to complete it. To maximize efficiency and productivity, we often perform the tasks of a cost estimator. We also use software to plan the best way to get materials to the building site.

If you are going to use a passage of Lorem Ipsum, you need to be sure there isn’t anything embarrassing hidden in the middle of text.

  • Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and work timetables
  • Interpret and explain contracts and technical information to other professionals
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists
  • Select, schedule, and coordinate subcontractor activities
  • Respond to work delays, emergencies, and other problems
  • Comply with legal requirements, building and safety codes, and other regulations

People need places to live, work, play, learn, shop, and eat. We are responsible for designing these places. Our architects work on public or private projects and design both indoor and outdoor spaces. We can be commissioned to design anything from a single room to an entire complex of buildings. We discuss the objectives, requirements, and budget of a project with clients. In some cases, our architects provide various predesign services, such as feasibility and environmental impact studies, site selection, cost analyses, and design requirements.

After discussing and agreeing on the initial proposal with clients, architects develop final construction plans that show the building’s appearance and details for its construction. Accompanying these plans are drawings of the structural system; air-conditioning, heating, and ventilating systems; electrical systems; communications systems; plumbing; and, possibly, site and landscape plans. In developing designs, our architects follow state and local building codes, zoning laws, fire regulations, and other ordinances, such as those requiring easy building access for people who are disabled.

  • Meet with clients to determine objectives and requirements for structures
  • Estimate the amount of required materials, equipment, and construction time
  • Prepare structure specifications
  • Direct workers who prepare drawings and documents
  • Prepare scaled drawings with computer software and by hand
  • Prepare contract documents for building contractors
  • Manage construction contracts
  • Visit worksites to ensure that construction adheres to architectural plans

Building design and construction is an expensive process. Any change to layout or materials when construction is underway means extra cha-ching, so the industry wants clients to have an accurate vision of a home or building before the first shovel hits the ground. Architectural visualization is a broad term that describes “seeing” architectural designs before they are built. It encompasses everything from basic sketches to more sophisticated 3D renderings and interactive virtual tours.

Our builders, architects, real estate agents and interior designers use architectural visualization to sell their products and services. Images are better than words at securing sales, and they give the client a clearer representation of what they’re buying.

  • Determine how best to represent a concept visually
  • Develop the overall look or style of a building, illustration, publication, an advertising campaign, television, or film set
  • Talk to clients to develop an artistic approach and style
  • 3D Virtual Tours that offer a 360-degree view of the project and its surroundings
  • Present designs to clients

Our team takes over everything, from an idea and concept development to realization. We believe in traditions and incorporate them within our innovations. All our projects incorporate a unique artistic image and functional solutions. Client is the soul of the project. Our main goal is to illustrate his/hers values and individuality through design.
